Jason is a passionate, evidence-based chiropractor who provides a combination of hands-on chiropractic care, acupuncture, and myofascial release therapies, including Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Techniques (IASTT). He also uses tools like cupping and supervised exercise to assist in a more complete patient-centred rehabilitation.
Jason completed a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick in 2007, and then graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (Toronto) in 2011, and has worked there as a clinical educator. He is certified in acupuncture from McMaster University, completed post-graduate courses in the Chiropractic Clinical Sciences, and has additional training in Active Release Therapy, lumbar spinal stenosis, and running biomechanics.
Jason is an avid hiker/nature lover, cyclist, nordic skier, was an Atlantic University All-Canadian Cross-Country runner, and has experience as a kayak and canoe instructor. He ultimately looks forward to making connections with people and helping them achieve the goals they have for better health and function.
